Working with SQL Server for over 12 years Nico has been specializing on the BI side of the Microsoft stack for the last 10 years. This results in an extensive technical knowledge of the Microsoft BI products as well as non-technical skills like user requirement gathering, DWH Design & Project management. Karim Ourtani currently works as a Data & Application Analyst for the Flemish Government, specifically in the department for Welfare, Public Health and Family.He has been working with SQL Server Since 1998 (version 6.5). After working in the Banking Sector in London he moved onto various web projects where SQL server was at the basis of his many web analytics and online marketing projects. Since his return to Belgium has been focussing his efforts on the BI capabilities of SQL Server as well as Database Programming. Furthermore he has a extensive knowledge of VB.Net and C#.

Steve Verschaeve is a senior consultant at Kohera, Cronos Group and has been working with SQL Server since 2003. He holds an MCP, MCTS and MCITP certificate in SQL Server and SharePoint. Valentino Vranken, Core-member Valentino Vranken is a Senior SQL Server Consultant at Ordina. When he started his career over ten years ago he was developing applications using C++ and SQL Server 7.0. Over the years he gathered experience using various programming languages to manipulate data in SQL Server databases. Nowadays his focus is more on Business Intelligence implementations, still using SQL Server. Valentino is a MCP with one MCITP and three MCTS certifications on SQL Server 2008. Marc Mertens, Core-member Marc Mertens is a SQL server and dot.net trainer/consultant voor Global Knowledge. He has been working with Sql Server from version 4.x up to version 2008R2. His Microsoft certifications are MCSA, MCSE, MCDBA, MCAD, MCSD and of course MCT. He worked with the relational part as well as the BI part of SQL Server.
